U Save Rent a Car offers 24-hour breakdown and roadside assistance with all rental packages. In the event of an accident, do not move the vehicle unless it is causing an obstruction. Call the police (999) and stay with the vehicle if it is safe. A police report is necessary for insurance claims. Notify us about the incident so we can arrange a replacement vehicle if needed.

There is no refund for unused days on daily and weekly rentals. For monthly rentals, if the customer returns the vehicle before the completion of the month, a refund will be applied, subject to the application of a shorter duration package.

Can someone other than the named driver drive the car?2024-07-22T16:19:36+04:00

Yes, an additional driver can be added for a minimal charge. Inform our counter staff at the time of rental and ensure the extra driver has a passport and valid driving license.

Can a U Save Rent a Car vehicle be used for towing?2024-07-22T16:19:36+04:00

No, towing is a violation of the rental agreement and is strictly prohibited.
